  • Assist leaders of the Administration in organizing and coordinating daily work. Organize conferences. Manage, keep confidential, and supervise the preparation of documents and files. Engage in work related to external liaisons, information distribution, publicity, and system construction. Responsible for work related to organizational structure, united front, discipline inspection, and mass organizations. Effectively manage retired veteran cadres。

  • Responsible for the Administration’s organizational structure construction, personnel deployment, salary, cadre training, appointment and punishment, professional title appraisal, and other management work.   • Implement the Administration’s development plans, build key projects, guide the R&D of related cultural products, disseminate scientific and cultural knowledge, and responsible for repair, reproduction, identification, and consulting, amongst other services

  • Guide and coordinate the collection, preservation, research, and display of movable cultural relics. Guide and coordinate exhibitions, social education, themed activities, and other related work。
